Very good pepper for all types of cuisine, whether African or from the rest of the world. Even on an omelette, the difference in taste is obvious compared with normal pepper.

Penja pepper is an essential spice to have in your kitchen. It may surprise you the first time you use it, because you have to learn how to dose it, but after a while you just can't live without it.

Sometimes I mix it with black pepper for less spicy dishes (omelettes or steamed vegetables). Otherwise, it's a great flavor enhancer and makes for more robust marinades when used on its own.

With it, you can reduce your salt consumption and eliminate the need for salt cubes. .

sineha spices is a succulent natural spice that can be used in all sauces. I recommend it.
