Inspired by a trip to Cameroon in 2022, where we rediscovered the unique and exquisite taste of Penja white pepper grown on family land, we've made it our mission to share this culinary treasure with Canada... and the world.
The name SINEHA means «It is God who gives» in the Bahouan language (Cameroon). It reflects our deep roots and the gratitude we feel towards our heritage and the land that nurtures this exceptional spice. Each grain is grown under the supervision of our family in Penja, a guarantee of authenticity and quality; the final processing is done locally in Quebec, combining tradition and modernity.
